I do a bit of quiet time with breakfast every morning – and the days I don’t almost fall asleep, it seems to give the feeling of not starting the day off running. That tends to last till about 8am.. 😛

I don’t really have much to say apart from that, and the obvious answer which doesn’t exactly help: do less. Unfortunately that’s the only thing that changed for me, I stopped working two jobs, and I stopped going to the gym every day.
If you figure it out, I’m eager to hear your thoughts.
